All in total comfort, with loads of resort facilities to enjoy. Some resorts have joint usage agreements with other timeshares, so you can also regularly get cheap weeks at other resorts too. If you don't want to use your week at the resort yourself, you can pass it on to friends or family, as long as the yearly maintenance fees are paid. It doesn't matter whereabouts in the US you are, there is likely to be a timeshare resort available. Timeshares will generally offer you a free tour, and perhaps even a weekend stay for a reduced rate so that you can decide whether or not you like the resort. While you're there, talk to other owners and see how they feel about their timeshare membership. A time share can be a great asset for family vacations, so make sure you take the time to check out whether or not timeshares are for you. |
